## Description

Wonderskin is a fast-growing beauty brand known for its innovative, longwear, lifeproof beauty products and bold, playful approach to beauty. We sell across our US and EU storefronts, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Sephora.  

**About the role**

We’re looking for a talented **freelance Graphic Designer** to work closely with our Growth team across Q4, creating performance-driven paid ads for Meta, AppLovin and TikTok.

This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside our Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to translate performance insights and campaign objectives into impactful, conversion-focused creative that drives results while maintaining a strong brand identity.  
  
**Responsibilities**  

-   Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta, AppLovin and TikTok from creative briefs
-   Produce rapid iterations and variants for creative testing
-   Adapt hero concepts and UGC into platform-native formats, sizes and specs
-   Deliver to tight turnaround times during key promotional periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Week
-   Keep all work consistent with Wonderskin brand guidelines

-   Type: Freelance
-   Duration: ASAP to end of December 2026, with a potential to extend
-   Location: Hybrid, Nine Elms

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in beauty and performance marketing, with a portfolio of paid social creative
-   Strong typography and layout skills, and a sharp eye for detail
-   Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Figma
-   Motion design experience (After Effects or similar) strongly preferred
-   Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok and in-app ad formats and specs
-   Comfortable working in Asana to manage briefs, feedback and deliverables
-   Able to work quickly and independently, and respond well to feedback
