- Ensure full operational readiness for all visits, including safety alignment, visitor routing, PPE requirements, site presentation, signage, and transportation logistics.
- Manage real-time execution on site by coordinating cross-functional teams, adjusting plans as required, and resolving issues to maintain a high-quality experience.
- Represent Woodfibre LNG with confidence and credibility, delivering clear and consistent project messaging and ensuring alignment with corporate positioning.
- Identify opportunities for storytelling, including photo and video capture, and support real-time content development aligned with project communications.
- Act as the central coordination point between site teams (Construction, HSSE, Operations), Vancouver-based teams (Communications, External Relations), and international stakeholders.   Act in a similar fashion for other entities in North America as required.
- Anticipate risks and constraints for each visit, develop contingency plans, and adapt execution dynamically to ensure safety and minimal disruption to site operations.
- Establish and continuously improve scalable processes for stakeholder engagement, including visit intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Provide concise reporting on stakeholder sentiment, key issues, risks, and required follow-up actions.
- Track engagement effectiveness and trends, providing insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Support corporate events and external engagements as required to ensure consistency of messaging and presentation standards.
