**About the project**

U.S.-based real estate professional seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist with appointment setting for her real estate business. This role is crucial for managing outbound calls, effective lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting, ultimately enhancing the client’s ability to connect with potential home buyers and sellers. The ISA will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**Responsibilities**

\- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.

\- Follow up with leads in a timely and effective manner to maintain engagement and interest.

\- Proactively prospect for new clients, discussing real estate opportunities and answering questions about homes.

\- Maintain organized records of interactions with clients using a CRM system.

\- Log into a virtual office space for daily monitoring and accountability.

**Requirements**

\- Excellent conversational English with a clear accent to ensure effective communication with U.S. customers.

\- Strong sales skills and experience in cold calling.

\- Ability to work part-time, specifically 4 hours a day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time.

**Deseables**

\- Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory.

\- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

**Employment type & compensation**

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.
