## Description

Host Stand Agency is looking for a highly organized, client-facing specialist to manage digital listings and marketing operations for restaurant, hotel, and hospitality clients.

This is an ongoing setup and maintenance role focused on keeping business information, photos, copy, reservation links, platform settings, and account access accurate and up to date across Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Viator, and related platforms.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Set up, verify, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles and other local listings.
-   Update business information, photos, descriptions, hours, menus, amenities, and booking links.
-   Manage reservation systems, private event platforms, and relevant hospitality directories.
-   Organize login credentials, permissions, and account access across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
-   Troubleshoot verification, duplicate listing, access, and profile issues.
-   Communicate with clients to collect information, assets, approvals, and credentials.
-   Track ongoing updates and ensure listings remain accurate and consistent.

## Requirements

-   Experience managing Google Business Profiles or local listings.
-   Strong written and spoken English.
-   Experience with restaurants, hotels, hospitality, tourism, or location-based businesses.
-   Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients.
-   Agency or multi-client experience.
-   Confidence communicating directly with clients.
-   Familiarity with platforms such as Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Business Connect, Viator, or reservation systems.
-   Basic understanding of local SEO and online reputation management.
-   Availability with overlap with US time zones.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience with OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Tock, or similar tools.
-   Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and other marketing platform permissions.
