**NOW HIRING: RN Supervisor | Travel Contract**

Skilled Nursing Facility | 180 Bed Facility

**Travel Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed  
No Locals — Must Live 75+ Miles Away  
First-Time Travelers Welcome**

**Schedule:**  
• 3x 8-Hour Shifts + 1x 12-Hour Shift  
• Shift Times Range Between:

-   3p–11p (8 hrs)
-   11p–7a (8 hrs)
-   7p–7a (12 hrs)  
    • Every Other Weekend Required

Facility & Patient Population:  
Support a 180-bed SNF across 5 units caring for residents with:  
• Dementia & Alzheimer’s  
• Neurobehavioral & Assaultive Behaviors  
• Rehab/Ortho/Cardiac Recovery  
• Long-Term Care Residents

Experience Needed With:  
• PICC Lines & IVs  
• Wound Vacs  
• Tube Feeds  
• Catheters & Colostomies  
• Code Management  
• De-escalation Techniques  
• Infection Control & Regulatory Compliance

## Requirements

✔️ 2+ Years RN Supervisor Experience  
✔️ Previous Charge Experience Required  
✔️ EPIC Experience Required  
✔️ BLS Certified
