**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care - $32/hr**

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing top-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to support patients through their recovery journey while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide nursing care to residents recovering in a long-term care facility.
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-   Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
-   Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises.
-   Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
