**Assignment Type:** Travel (Local candidates accepted-75 mile radius)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join a Long-Term Care facility. This role offers a supportive environment with a diverse patient population and consistent scheduling.

**Unit Size:** 40 beds

**Patient Population:** Multiple Sclerosis (MS), orthopedic, dementia, and memory care

**EMR System:** PointClickCare

**Floating:** Required to all units within the same building

## Requirements

-   Active **New York LPN license**
-   Minimum **1 year of LPN experience** (Long Term Care preferred)
-   **BLS certification** (Basic Life Support)
