## Description

**Surg Tech – 13-Week Contract | Hamilton, NY**

**Payrate: $40/hr**

**Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week**

**Shifts: Daytime hours – no nights, weekends, or major holidays**

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative surgical environment with a balanced schedule and diverse case mix.

**Facility Overview:**

-   4 Operating Room suites + 1 procedure room
-   Case mix includes primarily **orthopedics**, with additional exposure to **general surgery, GYN, and spine procedures**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, instruments, and sterile field

-   Support surgeons during cases (STs typically rotate every other case, though some back-to-back assignments may occur)

-   Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols

## Requirements

-   Certified Surgical Technologist (**CST**) certification – required

-   Basic Life Support (**BLS**) certification – required

-   Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced OR environment
