WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced **LPN** for a 20-bed neurobehavioral unit caring for geriatric residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and behavioral health needs.

This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident in **behavior management, de-escalation, medication administration, and providing compassionate care in a structured setting**.

## Requirements

-   Active NY LPN license
-   BLS
-   Epic experience required
-   2 years of experience preferred
-   Must live 75+ miles from the facility
-   Behavioral health/SNF experience preferred
