**Now Hiring: LPN – Full-Time Evenings**

We’re looking for an experienced **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join our team in the **Geneva, NY area!**

This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a **consistent full-time evening schedule** and the chance to provide quality care as part of a supportive healthcare team.

**Schedule:**  
• Full-Time  
• 5x8 evening shifts per week  
• Every other weekend (EOW) required  
• Holiday rotation required

**Responsibilities:**

-   Providing direct nursing care to assigned residents
-   Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition
-   Administering medications and treatments as ordered
-   Communicating with RNs and other members of the care team
-   Maintaining accurate resident documentation
-   Supporting residents with their day-to-day healthcare needs

## Requirements

• Active NY LPN License

• BLS – AHA or RQI required

• 1+ year of LPN experience
