# Production Operator - Night Shift

We are currently partnering with a leading supplier of high-precision plastic components, assemblies and complete module solutions for the automotive, consumer electronics and industrial sectors.

As they continue to develop their new manufacturing facility in Bulgaria and expand its production operations, we are looking for reliable and hands-on Production Operators to join the team on a permanent **night shift**.

### Responsibilities

-   Operate and monitor injection moulding machines, assembly lines and finishing stations, following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
-   Perform visual quality checks and basic dimensional inspections to ensure products meet customer requirements and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949).
-   Identify, isolate and report defective products, equipment malfunctions and other production issues.
-   Support machine start-up and shutdown procedures when required.
-   Package, label and register finished products, preparing them for transfer to the warehouse.
-   Keep your workstation clean, organized and safe, following 5S principles.
-   Work closely with technical support and quality control colleagues to maintain smooth and uninterrupted production.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in the automotive or plastics industry is an advantage, but entry-level candidates willing to learn are welcome.
-   Willingness and ability to work a **fixed permanent night shift**.
-   Good attention to detail and a strong focus on product quality.
-   A responsible and disciplined approach to work, with good punctuality and reliability.
-   Ability to follow instructions, work according to established procedures and maintain consistent standards.
-   Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
-   Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
