### About the Role

We are seeking a **Marketing Manager** to lead consumer marketing and demand generation for our independent travel advisors and agency owners, focused on our WorldVia Travel Agency brand on WorldVia.com.

  
This role is based at our **Roswell, Georgia** headquarters and is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for our network.

### What You'll Do

-   Own and manage lead generation campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to drive consumer inquiries to our independent advisors.
-   Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel consumer campaigns that increase awareness, site traffic, and MQLs for WorldVia Travel on WorldVia.com.[](https://worldvia.com/)

-   Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards, reporting on channel KPIs, cost per lead, conversion rates, and MQL volume.
-   Own the consumer social media calendar and day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community-building across key platforms.
-   Develop and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and triggered campaigns to move prospects from interest to inquiry.
-   Create landing pages, on-site content, and SEO/AEO strategy to improve organic visibility and conversion.[](https://worldvia.com/)
-   Test and iterate creative, messaging, and audiences for paid media campaigns to improve ROI.
-   Stay current on travel and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to strengthen performance.

## Requirements

-   4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation with a consumer focus.
-   Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (social, email, PPC, SEO; AEO experience is a plus).
-   Experience building and optimizing lead generation programs that produce measurable MQLs for sales, partners, or distributed teams.
-   Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
-   Demonstrable expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner for project management
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear briefs and content.
-   Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred but not required.
