## Description

**Quality Control / Logistics Associate**

Local company is looking to add dependable team members to their team! This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals who are ready to work and grow with a company.

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $14.50 per hour

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Quality Control:**

-   Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
-   Identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies
-   Perform quality checks and document inspection results
-   Ensure products meet company specifications
-   Maintain accurate records and report quality concerns
-   Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines

**Logistics:**

-   Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
-   Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
-   Prepare and organize products for shipment
-   Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
-   Help coordinate the movement of materials and products
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area
-   May perform other duties as required

**Job Requirements:**

-   Previous quality control, logistics, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-   Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
-   Good organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-   Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
