ERP Coordinator – Manufacturing

**Marietta, OH | $80,000–$100,000/year | Full-Time**

A growing local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced **ERP Coordinator** to take ownership of its Made2Manage (M2M) ERP system. This role works across production, purchasing, quality, engineering, and finance to ensure the ERP system accurately supports day-to-day manufacturing operations.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage and support the Made2Manage ERP system
-   Maintain BOMs, routings, work centers, inventory, and master data
-   Support work orders, scheduling, MRP, purchasing, and job costing
-   Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with IT/software vendors
-   Build reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs
-   Maintain data accuracy and improve ERP processes
-   Train employees and create user guides and procedures

### Qualifications

-   2–4+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
-   Knowledge of BOMs, routings, MRP, inventory, work orders, and job costing
-   Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
-   Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-   Experience with **Made2Manage (M2M)** strongly preferred
-   Crystal Reports and ISO 9001:2015 experience a plus
-   Degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered

**Salary: $80,000–$100,000**, based on experience.
