Maintenance Technician – $28+/Hour | 3rd Shift

**Cambridge, OH | Full-Time | Experienced Maintenance**

WSB Solutions is hiring an **experienced Maintenance Technician** for a full-time 3rd shift position in Cambridge, OH.

If you have experience troubleshooting and repairing **industrial production equipment** and are comfortable working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, we want to hear from you.

**Pay: $28+/hour**  
**Shift: 3rd Shift**  
**Location: Cambridge, OH**  
**Job Type: Full-Time**

### What You'll Do

-   Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
-   Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance
-   Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
-   Respond to equipment breakdowns and help reduce production downtime
-   Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
-   Identify potential equipment problems and address them before they cause downtime
-   Read electrical and mechanical schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation
-   Document maintenance and repair work
-   Follow all safety and quality procedures

### What We're Looking For

-   **Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required**
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-   Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-   Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Availability to work 3rd shift
