Production & Packaging Associate – $11/hr to $15/hr

**Full-Time | 1st & 3rd Shift Available | No Experience Required**

Looking for a chance to get started in manufacturing? We're hiring **Production & Packaging Associates** and are looking for dependable people who are ready to work and willing to learn!

**Starting Pay: $11.00/hour**  
**Pay Increase: $15.00/hour after successful completion of 90-day probationary period**  
**Shifts: 1st & 3rd Shift Available**  
**Full-Time**

### What You'll Do

-   Package and prepare products for shipment
-   Inspect products for quality and accuracy
-   Follow production and safety procedures
-   Keep your work area clean and organized
-   Perform production tasks efficiently
-   Work with your team to keep production moving

### What We're Looking For

-   Reliable attendance and punctuality
-   Strong work ethic
-   Willingness to learn
-   Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
