**Maintenance Technician – $28+/Hour | 3rd Shift | Cambridge, OH**

**WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time 3rd shift position in Cambridge, OH!** If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and know how to keep production equipment running, we want to talk to you.

### What You’ll Do

-   Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and industrial equipment
-   Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance
-   Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems
-   Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime
-   Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
-   Identify potential equipment problems and correct them before they lead to larger issues
-   Read and use schematics, manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation
-   Document maintenance, repairs, and completed work
-   Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

### What We’re Looking For

-   **Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience**
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
-   Experience working with **hydraulic and pneumatic systems**
-   Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently
-   Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Ability to work **3rd shift**
