**Washout Laborer – $15/Hour to Start | Up to $19/Hour**

WSB Solutions is hiring dependable **Washout Laborers** for a busy 24/7 facility. No previous experience is required! If you're looking for steady work, weekly pay, paid training, and an opportunity to increase your pay, this could be a great fit.

**Starting Pay: $15/hour**  
**Pay Opportunity: Up to $19/hour after requirements are met**  
**Schedule: 12-hour shifts**  
**Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM**  
**Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM**

### What You'll Do

-   Pull, move, and handle industrial hoses
-   Perform general labor duties around the facility
-   Work as part of a small team
-   Follow safety and job-site procedures
-   Complete paid OSHA training
-   Attend orientation before starting
-   Work outdoors and in a muddy, non-climate-controlled environment

### What We're Looking For

We’re looking for people who are **dependable, willing to work, able to follow directions, and comfortable performing physical labor**. Previous construction, warehouse, industrial, labor, or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required.

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable working outside, handling hoses, standing for extended periods, and working 12-hour shifts. Open availability is preferred, but shift preferences will be considered when possible.
