## Description

**NOW HIRING – CONCRETE LABORER**

**Location:** Red House, WV  
**Pay Rate:** $14.50 per hour  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM  
**Overtime:** Paid when applicable

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join a busy production operation. This is a physically demanding position involving the preparation and production of precast concrete products.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Prep and fill precast concrete molds
-   Operate a forklift as needed
-   Accurately fill customer orders
-   Move, stack, and organize completed products
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area
-   Follow all safety procedures and instructions
-   Work efficiently as part of a team
-   Perform other duties as required

**Job Requirements:**

-   Steel toe boots required
-   Ability to lift heavy materials regularly
-   Ability to stand and perform physical labor for the entire shift
-   Comfortable working in loud, hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
-   Basic math and counting skills
-   Good communication skills
-   Strong teamwork and reliability
-   Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or forklift experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
