**Maintenance Technician – $28+/Hour | 2nd & 3rd Shift**

**Cambridge, OH | Full-Time | Experienced Maintenance**

WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced **Maintenance Technician** for a full-time manufacturing position in Cambridge, Ohio. We are currently hiring for **2nd and 3rd shift**.

If you have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is strongly preferred.

**Pay: $28+/hour, based on experience**  
**Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift**  
**Location: Cambridge, OH**  
**Job Type: Full-Time**

### What You'll Do

-   Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
-   Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance
-   Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
-   Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
-   Install, adjust, repair, and replace equipment components
-   Identify potential equipment problems before they lead to downtime
-   Read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
-   Use manuals and equipment documentation to troubleshoot and make repairs
-   Document maintenance and repair work
-   Follow all safety and quality procedures

### What We're Looking For

-   **Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required**
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-   Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-   Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-   Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
