Machine Operator – $18.50/Hour | 3rd Shift

**Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek**

Looking for a **4-day workweek and a long-term manufacturing opportunity?** We are hiring dependable **Machine Operators** to join a manufacturing team producing metal products.

**Pay: $18.50/hour**  
**3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM**

### Get Paid to Learn a Skilled Manufacturing Job

No previous machine operating experience? **That's okay!** Training is provided.

New hires will train on **1st shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks** to learn the equipment, production processes, and safety procedures.

**You must be available for the full training schedule before moving to 3rd shift.**

### What You'll Do

-   Operate manufacturing machinery
-   Load and unload materials
-   Monitor equipment during production
-   Make basic machine adjustments
-   Inspect finished products for quality
-   Follow safety and production procedures
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area
-   Work with your team to meet production goals

### What We're Looking For

-   Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but **not required**
-   Dependable attendance and punctuality
-   Willingness to learn
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-   Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
-   Ability to work the required training schedule

### Schedule & Pay

**Pay:** $18.50/hour  
**Training:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM for approximately 4–6 weeks  
**Regular Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM  
**Full-Time | 3rd Shift**
