**The Company:**

A multinational information technology and electronics company.

**The Role:**

As a **Systems Executive (L3IVCS)**, you will be responsible for the following:

-   To support L3IVCS operational shift duty at Changi airport.
-   To attend to all customer fault reports.
-   To liaise with other system sub contractor in fault fi ding process.
-   To liaise with both oversea and local Telco for fault resolution of telephone lines faults.
-   To log down all fault reports and resolution.
-   To carry out preventive maintenance of L3 IVCS system.
-   To assist users in audio recording playback.

## Requirements

-   Recognized degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
-   Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
