## Description

**Network Engineer – Operations Support (L1)**

**Location:** Tampines, Singapore  
**Work Arrangement:** Onsite  
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays

We are supporting our client in hiring a **Network Engineer – Operations Support (Level 1)** to provide day-to-day support for wired and wireless network operations, with a strong focus on Aruba Networking.

### **Key Responsibilities  
\*Aruba Networking experience is a must.**

-   Provide basic troubleshooting and verification for wired network equipment to maintain service availability and performance.
-   Assist with network equipment testing, troubleshooting and configuration verification.
-   Support equipment onboarding, connection checks and functional validation.
-   Ensure network configurations are aligned with existing architecture, standards and operational practices.
-   Support wireless site surveys, Wi-Fi testing and troubleshooting.
-   Perform day-to-day wireless network operations support.
-   Support removal and replacement of faulty wireless access points, including coordination with HPE TAC / RMA where required.
-   Assist with analysing wireless coverage, interference and performance issues.
-   Support network optimisation, expansion and change requirements.
-   Maintain standard configuration templates, documentation and operating procedures.
-   Follow up on network incidents and troubleshooting cases through to resolution.
-   Support network asset, model and version tracking.
-   Assist with daily network service requests and change requests.

## Requirements

-   Relevant experience in **Aruba wired and wireless networking environments**.
-   Hands-on exposure to network troubleshooting and operational support.
-   Experience supporting **Wireless Access Points (APs)**.
-   Familiarity with standard network configuration, documentation and asset management.
-   Able to work independently in an onsite operational environment.
-   Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
