**Role Overview**

We’re looking for an experienced **Power Platform / Copilot Studio Developer** to lead the creation of innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building applications and AI-powered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.

This opportunity is under a Self-Employed/Independent Contractor model, with long-term contract.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead the design and development of PoCs using **Microsoft Power Platform** tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
-   Build and optimize AI-powered Agents in **Copilot Studio**, ensuring deep integration with **Microsoft Teams** and other MS apps.
-   Integrate solutions with **Azure** services for scalability, performance, and security.
-   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
-   Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of professional software development experience.

-   Proven expertise in MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
-   Strong experience with building and integrating Agents in Copilot Studio.
-   Hands-on experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams.
-   Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver PoCs quickly.
-   Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating with US-based teams.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
-   Background in enterprise-scale application development.
-   Agile prototyping and rapid iteration experience.
