### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Business Analyst** with expertise in Non-Core Banking Systems to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for enterprise applications such as ECM, CRM, HR, and automation platforms. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that IT initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver value to the organization.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   **End-to-End Requirements Management:** Gather and document detailed business needs from stakeholders; translate them into high-quality **BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories** following a strict SDLC process.
-   **Process Optimization & Automation:** Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation enhancements using tools like **ServiceNow** and **JIRA**. Conduct comprehensive **AS-IS vs. TO-BE** gap analyses.
-   **Regulatory & Compliance Alignment:** Ensure all IT systems meet stringent banking regulations, including **Basel Committee standards**, **IFRS 9**, **AML/KYC**, and Risk reporting requirements.
-   **Data-Driven Insights:** Utilize **Microsoft Power BI** and **Tableau** to analyze large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for executive decision-making.
-   **Testing & UAT Coordination:** Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and manage defect resolution.
-   **Stakeholder & Vendor Orchestration:** Act as the primary point of contact between Product Owners, Developers, and QA. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for HR platforms, Risk engines, and Document Management Systems.
-   **Agile/Waterfall Delivery:** Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Standups) or manage traditional Waterfall phases from requirements through to deployment.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 6–10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the **Banking or Financial Services** sector.
-   **Domain Expertise:** Strong knowledge of non-core systems (ECM, CRM, HR) and exposure to **Regulatory/Compliance projects** is highly valued.
-   **Technical Tool set:** Proficiency in **ServiceNow, JIRA, Power BI**, and **Tableau**.
-   **Technical Foundations:** Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, database concepts, and data visualization.
-   **Methodology:** Expert-level knowledge of both **Agile** and **Waterfall** project life cycles.
-   **Soft Skills:** Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to manage expectations across senior stakeholders.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Professional certifications: **CBAP, PMI-PBA**, or **Agile Business Analyst** certification.
-   Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments and audit-readiness protocols.
