### **Job Summary:**

This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with deep business systems analysis to join the **Xenon7 Core Team**. In this strategic hybrid role, you will act as a key driver across our internal core initiatives and high-impact client engagements within the Banking & Financial Services practice. You will bridge high-level strategy, business requirements, and technical execution, owning product backlogs, leading requirements discovery, and designing workflows across non-core banking systems, data pipelines, and digital platforms.

### **A. Product Ownership & Backlog Management**

-   **Backlog Leadership:** Own, structure, and prioritize the product backlog for core Xenon7 platform solutions and key delivery practices, balancing feature value, tech debt, and strategic goals.
-   **Story & Requirement Definition:** Author clear, actionable **User Stories** complete with robust **Acceptance Criteria** (BDD/Gherkin) alongside formal BRDs/FRDs when navigating structured SDLC governance.
-   **Agile Execution:** Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and sprint demos in collaboration with engineering teams, data architects, and QA leads.
-   **Release Approval:** Define acceptance criteria, validate delivered features, and hold sign-off authority for production releases.

### **B. Business & Systems Analysis**

-   **Workflow Automation & Optimization:** Analyze complex operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect TO-BE automated solutions using enterprise platforms like **ServiceNow**, **JIRA**, and custom software stack implementations.
-   **Systems & Data Integration:** Conduct gap analysis for enterprise non-core banking platforms (CRM, ECM, HR systems) and define system interface specifications, data flows, and REST API mappings.
-   **Practice Standards:** Establish and champion BA/PO best practices, documentation templates, and requirement-gathering frameworks across the Xenon7 delivery organization.

### **C. Strategic & Regulatory Alignment**

-   **Financial Domain Expertise:** Translate complex banking standards and regulations—such as Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) frameworks, **IFRS 9**, **AML/KYC**, and **Basel** compliance—into actionable product specifications.
-   **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal executive leaders and key client counterparts, translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

### **D. Data Analytics & Quality Assurance**

-   **Data Insights:** Utilize **SQL**, **Power BI**, and **Tableau** to profile datasets, validate functionality, and build executive-level delivery and performance dashboards.
-   **UAT Governance:** Define test strategy, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review QA test scenarios, and manage defect resolution to guarantee enterprise-grade delivery.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 5**\+ years** of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO within Banking background is a must
-   **Domain Expertise:** Deep knowledge of enterprise systems (**CRM, ECM, HR platforms, ServiceNow**) and financial compliance/regulatory frameworks.
-   **Technical Toolset:**

-   Proficiency in **JIRA**, **Confluence**, and **ServiceNow**.
-   Strong working knowledge of **Power BI**, **Tableau**, and **SQL** for data analysis.
-   Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architectures, and database design.

-   **Agile Mastery:** Hands-on experience driving product delivery in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
-   **Languages:** Advanced bilingual communication skills in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).

### **Preferred Certifications**

-   **Product Ownership:** Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), CSPO, or Agile BA.
-   **Business Analysis:** Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA.
