We are seeking an exceptional, high-energy MBA graduate from a premier institution to join our Hyderabad team as a **Sales Account Manager**. As the primary face of our company to enterprise clients, you will champion end-to-end account health—driving renewals and unlocking key upsell opportunities, while guiding high-performing technical recruiting squads to deliver world-class talent solutions.

  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Manage client relationships on a daily basis, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
-   Drive sales growth and increase revenue through strategic account management.
-   Oversee hiring of technical recruiting squads for clients in India, supporting their talent needs.
-   Support large and enterprise clients, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
-   Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently, maintaining high standards of service.
-   Represent Xenon7 professionally in all client interactions, embodying our values of innovation and integrity.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   MBA from a Tier-1 business school (IIM, ISB, SP Jain, Great Lakes, or premier IIT equivalent).
-   4+ years of experience in account management and/or sales
-   Experience managing enterprise client accounts
-   Experience owning a mix of new business and up-sell/renewal sales motions
-   Experience supporting technical recruiting or overseeing hiring of technical recruiting squads for clients in India
-   Fluent English
-   Must be based in **Hyderabad**.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience working on contracts or deals in the USD 100k range
-   Proficiency using Zoho CRM
-   Willingness to travel approximately 10%
