### About the Role

GarbhaGudi IVF Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Fertility Specialist to join our growing team at our Hosur center. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fertility treatments, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and infertility management. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive fertility care, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering excellent clinical outcomes for patients seeking reproductive assistance.

**Experience:** 2+ Years (Post Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine)  
**Qualification:** MBBS, DGO / MD / MS / DNB (OBG) with Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine (FRM)  

### Key Responsibilities

### Clinical Responsibilities

-   Evaluate and manage infertile couples through detailed clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment protocols.
-   Conduct comprehensive workup and management of male and female infertility cases.
-   Diagnose and treat reproductive endocrine disorders affecting fertility.
-   Counsel patients regarding fertility preservation, fertility treatment options, and expected outcomes.
-   Monitor ovulation induction and controlled ovarian stimulation cycles.

### Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)

-   Independently manage IUI cycles, stimulation protocols, follicular monitoring, and insemination procedures.
-   Plan and execute IVF/ICSI treatment cycles.
-   Perform Ovum Pick-Up (OPU) procedures and Embryo Transfer (ET) with confidence.
-   Monitor treatment outcomes and modify protocols as required.
-   Ensure adherence to ART best practices and quality standards.

### Laboratory & Quality Management

-   Work closely with embryologists and laboratory teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
-   Understand IVF laboratory setup, workflow, and quality control processes.
-   Possess working knowledge of basic embryology principles and laboratory procedures.
-   Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety standards.

### Patient Care & Counseling

-   Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support throughout the fertility journey.
-   Explain treatment plans, procedures, risks, success rates, and alternatives to patients.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
-   Build long-term patient relationships through ethical and patient-centric care.

### Required Skills & Expertise

-   Strong understanding of reproductive endocrinology and infertility management.
-   Expertise in ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, and ART protocols.
-   Hands-on experience in OPU and Embryo Transfer procedures.
-   Knowledge of male infertility evaluation and treatment.
-   Familiarity with recent advances in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments.
-   Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary fertility team.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

-   Minimum 2 years of post-FRM clinical experience in fertility and reproductive medicine.
-   Proven track record of managing infertility cases independently.
-   Passion for patient care and commitment to achieving high clinical success rates.
-   Willingness to travel occasionally to GarbhaGudi's Electronic City center for advanced procedures and clinical support.
