## Description

At Xtremax, we are looking for a Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant to help transform how technology and operational teams work. You will review existing processes, identify manual and fragmented workflows, and design practical solutions that reduce operational effort, delays, handoffs, and risks.

This is a hands-on transformation role combining business process re-engineering, AI, workflow automation, and system integration. You will work across areas including IT service management, infrastructure operations, cloud provisioning, asset and CMDB management, cybersecurity, application development, and management reporting.

You will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, Ansible, Terraform, and enterprise copilots, while integrating workflows with ITSM, CMDB, asset, monitoring, security, and cloud platforms.

The role also places strong emphasis on sustainable change. You will establish measurable outcomes, document new processes, develop SOPs and knowledge resources, and transfer the required skills to operational teams so they can independently operate, maintain, and enhance the solutions.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Analyse and redesign end-to-end business and operational processes to reduce manual effort, delays, handoffs, and operational risks
-   Identify and prioritise transformation opportunities based on business impact, implementation effort, risk, and automation potential
-   Design and implement practical solutions using AI, workflow automation, infrastructure automation, and enterprise productivity tools
-   Work with platforms such as ServiceNow, Power Automate, Ansible, Terraform, and enterprise copilots to automate and streamline operational workflows
-   Integrate automated workflows with ITSM, CMDB, asset management, monitoring, security, and cloud platforms
-   Improve processes across user and device lifecycle, server and cloud provisioning, network and firewall requests, asset management, monitoring, patching, and backup operations
-   Support the transformation of audit, cybersecurity, compliance, application development, legacy modernisation, service catalogue, and management reporting processes
-   Define and track measurable outcomes such as reduced processing time, fewer errors, reduced manual intervention, and improved service delivery
-   Develop SOPs, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational dashboards to support adoption and ongoing operations
-   Facilitate knowledge transfer and train operational teams to independently operate, maintain, and enhance the implemented solutions

## Requirements

-   Relevant experience in business process re-engineering, digital transformation, operational improvement, or a related discipline
-   Strong practical knowledge of AI, workflow automation, and system integration
-   Proven ability to translate process problems into practical, usable, and sustainable solutions
-   Experience working with IT operations, service management, cybersecurity, application development, or related technology processes
-   Experience analysing end-to-end workflows and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation
-   Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
-   Strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to develop SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation
-   Ability to define measurable outcomes and support operational teams in adopting and sustaining new processes

### Preferred

-   Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
-   Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or enterprise workflow automation
-   Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or infrastructure automation
-   Familiarity with CMDB, asset management, monitoring, cloud, security, or service catalogue platforms
-   Experience supporting legacy system modernisation or application transformation
-   Experience developing operational dashboards and management reporting solutions
-   Experience delivering training and structured knowledge transfer to technology or operations teams
