**What You’ll Do:**

As an  **Equipment Mechanic**, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing specialized heavy equipment used in power, telecom, and construction applications.

-   Troubleshoot and repair **electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems**.
-   Perform unit condition inspections and detailed service reports.
-   Use technical resources and manuals to identify correct parts and procedures.
-   Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
-   Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about repair needs and timelines.
-   Uphold all company safety policies and best practices.
-   Accurately document all work performed in service records.
-   Support team goals and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or GED required.

-   Previous experience as a mechanic or technician, with a background in **heavy equipment repair**
-   Hands-on experience with aerial devices, cranes, digger derricks, hydraulic systems, or similar machinery is a plus.
-   Experience with electrical, and/or hydraulic systems.
-   Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
-   Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical repair tasks safely.
-   Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service.
-   Ability to support customer by working overtime, when necessary.
-   As needed, provide basic tools (company policies apply).
