## Description

**IFP Motion Solutions** is looking for an **Inside Sales Coordinator** to join their team! The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in managing incoming customer orders and inquiries and providing exceptional technical support.

All locations work together to provide a range of services including manufacturing, repair, design engineering, and distribution of components. Their customer base includes industrial manufacturers, mobile integrations, and fluid power OEMs. With a knowledgeable sales team and a large inventory, they have the capability to design, prototype, manufacture, and service a wide range of motion control systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

_**Call Management:**_

-   Prioritize incoming phone calls
-   Checking pricing, product and lead times for customers and internal partners
-   Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and concerns

_**Order Processing:**_

-   Enter and process customer service requests accurately through the data system
-   Perform order maintenance, addressing changes related to pricing, quantity, delivery, or any other modifications after order entry

_**Technical Support:**_

-   Provide technical information and assistance to customers, enabling them to make informed decisions on product selection

_**Customer Communication:**_

-   Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, quotes, and addressing any concerns they may have
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments in addressing customer needs

## Requirements

**Minimum Requirements:**

-   Minimum of 1 year of customer service/sales experience
-   Proven track record of effectively managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service
-   High School Diploma

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Mechanical aptitude is a big plus, with knowledge of hydraulics and/or automation considered advantageous
-   Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development
-   Technically savvy with the Microsoft suite; experience with CRM/ERP systems is strongly preferred. Especially Prophet 21 CRM
