**Job Purpose**

As a Product Owner, you will own one or more strategic platform capabilities, ensuring they continuously deliver value for the business, our customers and our operational teams. You will define and maintain the vision and roadmap for your areas, translating commercial objectives, customer needs and operational requirements into clear product direction and well-prioritized, delivery-ready work for Engineering.

Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering and the wider business, you will ensure strong alignment between stakeholders, maintain clarity of priorities and support effective delivery through structured backlog management and consistent decision-making. You will also play a key role in strengthening Product ways of working, improving governance and ensuring Engineering can focus on building high-quality solutions with confidence in what is being delivered and why.

Beyond day-to-day delivery, you will help shape how Product operates as the organization evolves, contributing to a more scalable, consistent and value-driven Product function that supports long-term growth.

**Areas of Responsibility**

Product Ownership

-   Own the roadmap and ongoing evolution of assigned capabilities.
-   Balance business value, customer needs and technical considerations when making prioritisation decisions.
-   Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
-   Maintain ownership throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Product Delivery

-   Maintain a healthy, prioritised and delivery-ready backlog.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
-   Support Engineering throughout development by providing timely clarification and decision making.
-   Validate delivered solutions against agreed business objectives.
-   Coordinate with QA to ensure successful business acceptance before release.

Stakeholder Partnership

-   Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
-   Communicate priorities, trade-offs and delivery expectations clearly.
-   Build alignment between Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.
-   Encourage collaborative decision making based on evidence and business value.

Continuous Improvement

-   Monitor product performance and adoption.
-   Use operational insight, player feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
-   Contribute to the development of Product standards, governance and best practices.
-   Support the ongoing maturity of the Product organisation.

**Requirements**

Essential

-   Significant experience as a Product Owner role within software or digital platforms.
-   Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams.
-   Strong project, backlog management and prioritisation skills.
-   Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Experience delivering complex software products within Agile environments.

Desirable

-   Platform product experience.
-   Payments, Wallet or Financial Platform experience.
-   Social Casino, Gaming or regulated industry experience.
-   Experience supporting organisational or platform transformation.
-   Experience working across multiple brands or markets.
