### About the role

We’re looking for a **Product Training Specialist** with **strong technical understanding of SaaS** products to design and scale impactful training experiences around Yodeck’s platform.

This is not a purely instructional role, you’ll need to deeply understand how the product works (including APIs, integrations, and real customer use cases) and translate that into clear, practical training for customers, partners, and internal teams.

In this role, you’ll help drive product adoption by building structured training programs and content that make complex product capabilities easy to understand and apply. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure training reflects real-world usage and supports effective onboarding.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Design and continuously improve scalable product training and certification programs for customers, partners, and internal teams, including structured learning paths and blended training formats.
-   Build strong expertise in Yodeck’s product, key features, core use cases and customer environments to effectively design relevant training experiences.
-   Create clear and practical training resources that help different audiences confidently use and position the product.
-   Maintain and continuously improve all training materials to reflect product updates, new features, and evolving best practices.
-   Contribute to building a high-quality training experience that strengthens Yodeck’s product credibility with customers and partners.
-   Support internal onboarding initiatives by contributing product training content where relevant.
-   Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to align training initiatives with onboarding needs and recurring customer challenges

## Requirements

### **Must Have**

-   Technical background or hands-on experience working with digital products, SaaS platforms or technical solutions.
-   Good understanding of web application concepts like web services & APIs.
-   Experience working directly with customers and internal teams in adopting and using digital products.
-   Strong interest in helping others understand and confidently use technology or digital products
-   Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
-   Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
-   Comfortable working with high ownership and autonomy
