## Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join the team. As an integrated creative, digital and media agency, we have built a reputation for creating bold campaigns that leverage technology to transform the way brands communicate. The successful candidate needs to be experienced and hit the ground running, comfortable developing strong relationships with clients. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We're looking for someone that gets communications and marketing, they are excited about working with clients, understanding their business and helping them grow, through creativity and innovation. You need to become a trusted advisor and someone that gets things done and delivers.

### Responsibilities

-   Build strong relationships with clients, show an understanding of their business objectives, and work collaboratively to deliver integrated solutions.
-   Provide strategic guidance to clients, uncovering new opportunities for growth and success.
-   Lead presentations to clients.
-   A strong project manager. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
-   Manage and mentor junior team members.
-   Hungry and keen to stay informed of the latest trends and technologies.

## Requirements

-   6-10+ years' experience in account management or related field within a Creative Agency.
-   Experience working on clients in Financial Services/Banking would be a bonus.
-   In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising practices.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
-   Experience in developing and implementing successful advertising strategy.
-   High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Ability to manage and motivate a team.
