**Salary:** EUR 35,000–50,000

**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** Business Intelligence

## Description

### **Are you a data analyst who enjoys working with numbers and real business problems?**

At YourHero / Douleutaras, Business Intelligence sits at the centre of how we understand our marketplace, our growth levers, our product impact, and our operational performance.

We are looking for a **Data Analyst** who can work hands-on with data and help us answer the questions that matter most:

- Where are we creating or losing value?
- Are our marketplace algorithms improving performance?
- Is Paid Marketing recovering?
- Are major product features creating real value?
- Which categories, countries, or supply segments need attention?
- What should leadership focus on next?

If you are strong with SQL, comfortable working through complex datasets, and interested in how numbers translate into better business decisions, this could be a great role for you.

### **Get to know us**

YourHero / Douleutaras is the leading home services marketplace in Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of customers use our platform to find trusted professionals for home services, while thousands of professionals use us to grow their business.

We are building the platform people turn to when they need a job done at home, from cleaning and repairs to renovation and specialised services. Home services remains one of the least digitised consumer categories, and we believe technology, data, and operational excellence can materially improve the experience for both customers and professionals.

We are now entering an important stage of our journey. The company is becoming more profitable, more disciplined, and more data-driven. That makes this role especially important.

**About this role**

We are looking for someone to take ownership of key BI work and help the company make better decisions across **Growth, Product, Finance, and Operations**.

The right person will be hands-on with data, but also close to the business. You should be able to write SQL, understand business problems, build useful reporting, investigate issues from source data to final output, and help teams understand what the data is really saying.

You will work closely with the CEO, Finance, Product, Growth, Operations, Business Development, and Engineering. You will help us understand what is working, what is not working, and where the company should focus next.

This role can fit:

- A strong mid-level analyst who is ready to step up
- A strong mid-level profile with hands-on experience and appetite for more ownership
- A BI professional who wants to work closer to marketplace and business impact

- Improve data quality from a reporting and business-user perspective
- Help leadership make faster and better-informed decisions

### **Marketplace analytics**

- Analyse marketplace performance across Greece, Cyprus, and Ireland
- Support analysis around matching, allocation, ranking, fulfilment, and monetisation
- Help us understand how changes in supply, demand, pricing, categories, and customer journey affect business outcomes
- Identify where we are leaking value, volume, or margin

### **Growth and marketing analytics**

- Work closely with Growth / Performance Marketing to understand channel performance, volume, economics, and quality
- Help identify where marketing spend is creating value and where it is not
- Support analysis around SEO, paid acquisition, direct traffic, and demand quality

### **Product and monetisation analytics**

- Measure the impact of key product and monetisation initiatives
- Support analysis around important product features such as algorithms optimisation, conversion rate initiatives, customer journey changes, and marketplace experiments
- Help Product and Tech understand whether what they ship creates real company value

### **Operations and business analytics**

- Support Operations and Business Development teams with actionable reporting and analysis
- Help leadership understand operational bottlenecks, category performance, pro performance, and market health
- Support reporting around capacity, subscription performance, pro retention, revenue leakage, and selected category growth
- Translate data into practical recommendations

### **Metrics and documentation**

- Maintain clear definitions for key business metrics
- Help reduce confusion when different reports show different numbers
- Document important dashboards, reports, and recurring BI work
- Work closely with the Data Engineer to make sure reporting issues are understood and fixed at the source

### **What success looks like**

In your first months, you will have:

- Taken ownership of our most critical dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Kept daily, weekly, and monthly BI reporting running reliably
- Understood the main Growth, Product, Finance, and Operations questions
- Helped the team identify where we are creating or losing value

- Good analytical thinking and curiosity about the business question behind the data
- Hands-on mentality, with willingness to investigate, build, debug, and explain
- Strong ownership, with ability to ask good questions and move work forward without perfect instructions
- Comfortable using **AI tools** (LLMs for SQL, code, and analysis) to ship faster - we lean on them heavily as a small team and expect you to as well.

### **Nice to have**

- Experience with dbt, Airflow, PostHog, Python, or similar tools
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, delivery, or performance-marketing-heavy businesses
- Experience with product analytics or experimentation
