As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Workshop Manager** to lead our furniture manufacturing team, delivering outstanding custom pieces for our beautiful lodge interiors.

**Role Overview:**

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, ensuring all pieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will manage a team of skilled joiners and craftspeople, organise workflow, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
-   Oversee the manufacture of bespoke furniture from start to finish.
-   Lead, mentor, and motivate the workshop team.
-   Ensure all work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
-   Order materials and manage stock levels.
-   Maintain workshop health and safety compliance.
-   Liaise closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life.

## Requirements

Proven experience managing a furniture workshop.

Strong craftsmanship skills, with a background in bespoke furniture or high-end joinery.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Organised, efficient, and quality-focused.

A passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
