As Technical Product Manager (Loyalty and Rewards), you will shape the direction of a product area that helps customers build more effective rewards experiences and deepen end-user engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs, and delivery, with the opportunity to influence how loyalty capabilities evolve within a broader financial technology platform.

### Responsibilities

-   Own the product roadmap for loyalty and rewards features across digital channels.
-   Gather customer and stakeholder requirements to shape loyalty product enhancements.
-   Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver new features.
-   Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to improve engagement and retention.
-   Define and prioritize initiatives that grow rewards adoption and customer value.
-   Work with customers on their loyalty programs and own the loyalty product, providing solutions and suggestions on how to use the platform to generate campaigns and offerings for their customers.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in marketing or computer science.
-   5+ years of product management experience in loyalty, rewards, or fintech.
-   Experience with digital engagement platforms, promotions, or customer rewards systems, along with strong knowledge of customer engagement and retention strategies.
-   Experience using AI for discovery and research and AI-based front-end prototyping.
-   Experience advising clients on campaign strategy and loyalty program optimization.
-   Proven ability to translate customer needs into product solutions and requirements while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
-   Fluency in English and Thai.
-   Eligible to work in Thailand.
