We are looking for a **Software Test Automation Manager** to lead our QA automation team in Jakarta. You will drive automated testing, improve product quality, and ensure our software is reliable and ready for market.

## Requirements

### **What You Will Do**

-   Lead and manage a team of QA automation engineers.
-   Build, improve, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
-   Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams on high-quality releases.
-   Create test plans, test cases, and automation strategies for new features.
-   Track defects, manage fixes, and improve the overall stability of our products.
-   Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
-   Train and mentor QA engineers to strengthen automation skills.
-   Report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to management.
-   Work placement in Jakarta, indonesia.

### **What We Are Looking For**

-   7+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in a QA management role.
-   Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman/Newman, JMeter, etc.).
-   Experience with API testing and automated regression testing.
-   Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, BitBucket or GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-   Able to communicate clearly in simple English.
-   Experience in fintech, payments, or digital platforms is a plus.
-   Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluentlyy
