## Description

In this role, you will help drive the successful execution of complex technology initiatives in a fast-moving environment. You will play a central part in aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring stakeholders stay informed as projects move from planning through release.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead Agile project planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional delivery coordination.
-   Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams.
-   Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams on track.
-   Coordinate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely releases.
-   Communicate project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
-   3+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
-   Hands-on experience with Scrum and sprint planning.
-   Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
-   Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
-   Strong experience communicating project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal stakeholders.
-   Eligibility to work in Thailand.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in the fintech industry.
-   Experience working with external clients or other customer-facing stakeholders.
-   PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
