**You Will:**

-   Own the full-funnel campaign strategy for the Thai market, translating business objectives into integrated plans that drive user acquisition, transaction volume, user active rates, and long-term user engagement.
-   Drive new user acquisition by overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across media, influencer, and offline channels - ensuring every campaign delivers measurable growth at an efficient cost-per-acquisition.
-   Plan and govern monthly spending campaigns and always-on promotions end-to-end, ensuring structured campaign setup, accurate tracking, clear measurement frameworks, and disciplined post-campaign analysis.
-   Grow user active rates by designing activation and re-engagement campaigns with data, product, and cross-functional teams - converting new users into active ones and keeping active users active.
-   Oversee BAU KOL and influencer strategy - set the direction for YouTrip's always-on KOL engine in Thailand, guide the team's execution, and personally steward top-tier KOL relationships to ensure a consistent flow of organic and paid content beyond campaign moments.
-   Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing day-to-day coaching, performance management, and career development to ensure both individual growth and collective team impact.
-   Lead the partnership campaign agenda - collaborating and negotiating with strategic partners (banks, OTAs, eCommerce platforms, lifestyle brands) to co-create campaigns that amplify visibility, deepen engagement, and unlock new audiences.
-   Manage and optimize the Thailand campaign budget across paid media, influencer, partnership, and CRM channels to maximize ROI and hit acquisition, activation, and retention KPIs.
-   Be the senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - aligning cross-functional teams (content, data, product, design, finance) and representing YouTrip with partners, agencies, and influencers.
-   Direct in-house design and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign assets across all touchpoints.
-   Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B tests, segmentation, and behavioral analyses that inform smarter, more personalized user journeys.
-   Translate data into action - monitor performance, lead post-mortems, and sharpen next-round execution with actionable insights.

## Requirements

-   You have 5+ years leading consumer-facing campaigns end-to-end, with 1–2 years of people management. You set direction, delegate well, and elevate your team.
-   A full-funnel marketer - You understand how acquisition, activation, retention, and partnerships connect, and you can build campaigns that move all the levers, not just top-of-funnel awareness.
-   Comfortable with performance dashboards, forecasts, and budgets. You translate data into clear decisions.
-   You generate sharp campaign ideas grounded in consumer insight and collaborate well with creative and design teams.
-   You are warm, professional, and level-headed. You build trust with partners, agencies, and internal teams, and negotiate without burning bridges.
-   Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent in both English and Thai
-   You juggle multiple campaigns, partners, and stakeholders without losing sight of timelines, budgets, or quality.
-   You have a strong awareness of emerging trends, platforms, KOLs, and consumer behaviors in Thailand's media landscape.
-   You set ambitious goals, own the results, and aren't afraid to course-correct when the data demands it.
