**Responsibilities:**

-   System Administration & Monitoring: Support daily administration and monitoring of T24 and related systems.
-   Performance Tuning & Optimization: Assist in improving system performance and resolving bottlenecks.
-   Incident & Problem Management: Follow up incidents, support troubleshooting, and escalate issues when needed.
-   Deployment & Change Management: Support deployments, patches, and system changes in line with approved procedures.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Basic understanding of core banking systems or enterprise application support.
-   Minimum 01 year experience in application or system support is preferred.
-   Basic knowledge of banking operations and transaction processing is an advantage.
-   Basic hands-on experience or working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
-   Basic knowledge of JBoss application server is preferred.
-   Basic understanding of Java applications, logs, and support activities is preferred.
-   Familiarity with SQL and basic database queries is an advantage
