**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, document, and maintain clear and structured operational processes and workflows in alignment with organizational standards and procedures.
-   Continuously review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and overall operational performance.
-   Ensure all process documents and workflow steps are accurately maintained and updated within the designated workflow management systems.
-   Collaborate with relevant departments to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
-   Support the implementation and rollout of new automated workflows and process enhancements across the organization.
-   Assist in process tracking, reporting, and archiving activities as required.

## Requirements

-   Up to 2 years of experience in process documentation, workflow management, operations, or related areas.
-   Proven ability to create, maintain, and optimize process documents and operational workflows.
-   Fluent in Arabic with good written and verbal English communication skills.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
