# Product QA Officer

## Description

-   Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and specifications.
-   Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
-   Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
-   Actively contributes to the enhancement of our QA processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
-   Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate the timely delivery of high-quality products.
-   Provide valuable feedback to developers and stakeholders to enhance product quality and user experience.
-   Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
-   Review new products, SRS, BRD, and other technical documents to create detailed test cases, ensuring the new product meets all requirements.
-   Maintain detailed records of product changes to ensure they are properly implemented in all future updates.
-   Collaborate with the technical support team to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues promptly.
-   Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance to continuously improve our QA processes

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech, banking or software development environment.
-   Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
-   Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
