 **Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the BD team and ensure achievement of business targets.
-   Drive corporate acquisition for Payroll and Payment Gateway services.
-   Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales pipeline.
-   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
-   Support deal negotiations, closure, and client onboarding.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful go-live.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in FinTech, digital payments, or banking.
-   Previous experience leading BD or sales teams.
-   Knowledge of Payroll and Payment Gateway solutions.
-   Strong KPI, CRM, and performance reporting skills.
-   Experience using AI and reporting tools.
-   Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
-   Ability to manage client onboarding and go-live.
