 **Responsibilities:**

**Product Development**

-   Support the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch activities.
-   Assist in defining and enhancing digital payment products, including wallets, transfers, bill payments, and merchant payments.

**Requirements & Collaboration**

-   Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
-   Collaborate with business, technology, QA, operations, and compliance teams to support product delivery.
-   Assist in requirement clarification and stakeholder communication.

**Testing & Release Support**

-   Support the preparation of UAT scenarios and test cases.
-   Participate in UAT and verify product readiness before release.
-   Assist in production deployments and post-release issue tracking.

**Customer Experience**

-   Support initiatives to improve customer experience and product usability.
-   Work with design and development teams to enhance customer journeys.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product development. Internship experience is a plus.
-   Basic understanding of digital payment products and fintech services.
-   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
-   Ability to collaborate with business, technical, QA, and operations teams.
-   Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
-   Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations is an advantage.
-   Exposure to UAT and software testing concepts is a plus.
