**Responsibilities:**

**Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management**

-   Support the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, requirements definition, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
-   Assist in defining product features and improvements for digital payment services such as wallet transfers, bill payments, merchant payments and financial services
-   Contribute to maintaining the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and regulatory requirements.

**Business Requirements & Documentation**

-   Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflows, product specifications and  user journeys aligned with company standards.
-   Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-   Ensure alignment between technical teams, compliance, operations and business stakeholders.

**Testing, Quality Assurance & UAT**

-   Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are translated into comprehensive  test scenarios.
-   Review and validate UAT test cases to ensure full coverage of business flows and regulatory requirements.
-   Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm product readiness before production release.

**Market Analysis & Data-Driven Decisions**

-   Conduct market research and customer insight analysis.
-   Monitor product KPIs, transaction performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback.
-   Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and new financial product offerings.

**Customer Experience & Product Optimization**

-   Advocate for simple, secure, and seamless digital payment experiences.
-   Support pilot launches, feature rollouts, and product enhancements.
-   Work with design and development teams to continuously improve user journeys and product usability.
-   Continuously improve product performance based on analytics, operational feedback, and market insights.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
-   3–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product development.
-   Experience working in fintech, banking, digital wallets, or payment platforms.
-   Familiarity with digital payment ecosystems, including wallet services, transfers, bill payments, and merchant payments.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
