### Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager – FX/CFD

**Who We’re Looking For**  
We’re looking for experienced FX/CFD sales professionals who combine **strong commercial instincts with leadership capability**. This role suits someone who understands market dynamics, trader behavior, and how to build sustainable growth through client relationships and strategic sales execution.

You should be familiar with:

-   The impact of **FX/CFD and commodity volatility** on trader activity
-   The importance of **client retention, lifetime value, and trust**
-   Building and expanding presence in the **LATAM markets**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Lead and manage a **sales team**, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
-   Own the **full sales lifecycle**: prospecting, conversion, activation, and retention
-   Acquire and manage **high-value clients and IB partners**
-   Develop **data-driven sales strategies** aligned with regional opportunities
-   Collaborate with **Marketing and regional teams** to drive market expansion
-   Contribute directly to **accounts opened, deposits, and revenue growth**

## Requirements

-   **5–10 years of sales experience** in Forex / CFD brokerage
-   **Leadership or team management experience**
-   Strong understanding of **FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets**
-   Excellent **communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills**
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to work with **sales KPIs and performance metrics**
-   High professionalism, integrity, and accountability
