**Job responsibilities**

-   Business analysis and KPI monitoring: Assist in improving the business monitoring system based on business operation needs, including building the KPI framework, sorting out the logic of the Kanban board, and continuously tracking the core indicators of different regions, product lines, and Line of Business.
-   Data cleaning and model optimization: Conduct preliminary screening, cleaning, structured organization and analysis of business data and project information, output preliminary analysis results, and ensure consistency between calculation methods and strategic models, financial models or operational analysis models.
-   Strategic research support: Support company-level project research, including desk research, competing product analysis, market/regulatory research, project information collection, meeting note organization, business problem diagnosis, and propose strategic recommendations based on data and research results.
-   AI Agent and Workflow Automation: Support the design and implementation of AI-assisted workflow automation, including AI Agent construction, Prompt/Workflow design, Knowledge Base structure organization, automated research/report process construction, and business scenario testing.
-   AI Application Landing: Explore the application of AI tools in business analysis, market intelligence, report automation, data processing, and internal efficiency improvement, and help precipitate AI use cases into workflows or SOPs that can be reused.
-   Production of Delivery Materials: Produce high-quality presentation materials, including PowerPoint, research reports, business analysis summaries, management update decks, etc., to clearly and visually present analysis conclusions and business recommendations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree or above, priority given to 985/211/QS100 universities; majors related to statistics, finance, accounting, economics, business analysis, fintech, computer science, etc. are preferred, MBA candidates are also welcome.

-   Prior internship experience in business analysis, strategic analysis, or at well-known consulting firms is preferred. Experience in data analysis or operational analysis is a plus.
-   Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
-   Proficient in using Excel, financial modeling, and Data Analysis; mastery of SQL, Power BI, Python, or other Data Analysis tools is preferred.
-   Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is preferred, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Kimi, Dify, Coze, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, openclaw or other AI Agent/Automation tools.
-   With experience in AI Agent setup, AI application implementation, Prompt Engineering, workflow automation, and vibe coding are preferred.
-   Good logical thinking and fast-learning ability; proactive in problem-solving, and strong sense of ownership.
-   Able to independently complete research, analysis, and material production tasks, while possessing good XFN communication skills.
-   Available to work on-site 4–5 days per week.
