## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Design and Develop:** Engineer mobile mechanical systems for oil and gas applications—hydraulic equipment, mobile lifting systems, and field-service machinery.
-   **Optimize Performance:** Enhance reliability and efficiency for high-pressure, high-load, and high-cycle environments.
-   **Model and Draw:** Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Inventor (preferred), Pro-E, or SolidWorks.
-   **Prototype and Validate:** Test and refine equipment to meet API, ASME, and internal quality standards.
-   **Troubleshoot and Improve:** Diagnose field issues, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement in system performance.
-   **Collaborate and Lead:** Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver robust, field-ready solutions.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
-   5+ years of experience in mechanical design for oil & gas or heavy industrial equipment.
-   Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, Pro-E, SolidWorks).
-   Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, power units, and mechanical assemblies.
-   Proven ability to manage projects from concept through deployment.
-   Excellent communication and documentation skills.
