We’re looking for a **Product Marketing Manager** to help define how Zero100’s products are understood in the market and across our commercial teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives and high-quality enablement. You’ll work across Product, GTM, Research, and leadership to sharpen positioning, support launches, and improve how we communicate value to customers. The role reports to the VP of Product.  **What you’ll do:**  - Shape messaging and positioning across Zero100’s product suite  - Build high-quality enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, product explainers, and tailored sales content  - Translate product strategy, roadmap developments, and technical concepts into clear, commercially effective narratives  - Support product launches through messaging, asset creation, cross-functional coordination, and internal enablement  - Partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to improve how we communicate value in the market  - Work cross-functionally with Product, Research, Communications, Member Development, and leadership to ensure consistency across customer-facing touchpoints  - Bring the voice of the customer into the work by synthesizing feedback from the field, customer conversations, and the market  - Build repeatable messaging frameworks and content that help teams move faster and communicate more consistently ## Requirements What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or a related role  - Strong experience turning complex products or technical concepts into clear messaging and compelling commercial narratives  - Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills  - Experience building sales enablement content and supporting cross-functional go-to-market initiatives  - Strong execution skills and a bias for action  - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch  - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  - Sound judgment on priorities in a fast-moving environment  **Preferred:** - Experience in information services, SaaS, B2B intelligence, or another product-led business  - Experience marketing technical, data, analytical, or workflow products  - Domain knowledge in supply chain, operations, AI, or enterprise technology  - Experience working in a scale-up environment ## Benefits - Competitive salary and bonus scheme - Unlimited holidays - Private healthcare & Life Insurance - Enhanced pension - Enhanced Parental Leave Policy - Custom designed offices in central London with free breakfasts & snacks Zero100 is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer, welcoming applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
